La levadura de cerveza contiene proteínas y varias vitaminas B de forma natural. Se produce mediante el cultivo de Saccharomyces cerevisiae en la elaboración de cerveza. Después de la fermentación, la levadura se separa de la cerveza, se seca con rodillos y se elimina el amargor.
Uso sugerido
