All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

 

MummyPet.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

 

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting a claim.
