Original packaging, manuals, accessories, and inserts must be included
Item must not be installed, altered, damaged, or used by the customer
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
For approved eligible returns, USA Mega Shop will provide a prepaid return shipping label that customers can download and print.
Customers must follow all return instructions provided by our support team.
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Used or damaged items
Items missing original packaging or accessories
Customized or special-order products
Items returned outside the approved return period
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer negligence
USA Mega Shop does not charge restocking fees for approved eligible returns.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
Shipping charges, handling fees, expedited shipping costs, and other non-refundable service charges may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period, subject to product availability.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Missing parts or accessories
Excessive return activity
Damage occurring after delivery

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may be challenged with supporting documentation, including delivery confirmation, customer communications, and transaction records.
