Jarrow Formulas® Methyl B-12 & Methyl Folate plus Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P-5-P) combines biologically active forms of vitamins B12, B9, and B6.
Suggested use
Adults take 1 chewable tablet once a day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Other ingredients
Xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), natural flavor, citric acid, rebaudioside A (stevia) extract and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
