N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is a stable form of the non-essential amino acid cysteine. It is a sulfur-containing amino acid that acts as a stabilizer for the formation of protein structures, and promotes the formation of glutathione. Suggested use
Take 1/4 level teaspoon 1 to 3 times daily. Due to the strong taste of this powder, we highly recommend it be mixed with acidic type juice, such as orange or cranberry.
