Red Yeast Rice (RYR) is a natural product that has been used by Asian traditional herbalists for centuries and is produced by fermenting Red Yeast (Monascus purpureus) with rice. This NOW product includes Alpha Lipoic Acid, CoQ10, and Silymarin. This product is carefully produced to avoid the presence of citrinin, an unwanted by-product of the RYR fermentation process.

Suggested use

Take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with food.

Other ingredients

Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.
