NOW® Silica Complex is a unique blend of nutrients that support the health of skin, hair, and nails, structural features essential to natural beauty, along with the integrity of joints and bones.

Suggested use

Take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with food.

Other ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), hydroxypropyl cellulose, rice flour, maltodextrin (non-gmo), croscarmellose sodium, vegetarian coating [hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil] and citric acid.
