Low in sugar and containing two grams of fiber and three grams of protein per two-tablespoon serving, our almond flour is a healthier alternative to white flour. Packaged in a resealable bag for convenience and to maintain freshness. For optimal freshness, seal the bag after each use and store in the refrigerator or freezer. Almond flour is not ready to eat and must be thoroughly cooked before eating to prevent illness from bacterial in the flour.
