At USA MEGA SHOP, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on most eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons, the following items are NOT eligible for return:

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and inserts must be included
- Proof of purchase is required

Orders identified as resale, wholesale, bulk, commercial, or third-party delivery are FINAL SALE.
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:

- Marketplace or pricing restrictions
- Opened or disturbed packaging
- End-customer dissatisfaction
2. Buyer Responsibility for End Customers
For resale purchases, the buyer acts as the seller of record and is fully responsible for:
- End-customer returns
- Refunds or exchanges
- Delivery disputes
- Chargebacks
- Product listings and pricing

3. Packaging & Product Use Policy (Important)
- Products may be inspected for quality control prior to shipment
- Opened or disturbed packaging does NOT indicate a defective product
- Packaging opened by the buyer or end customer does not qualify for return
- Items that are used, installed, altered, or handled after delivery are NOT eligible for return
- Only objectively defective or non-functional items may be considered, subject to verification
4. Product Description & Invoice Accuracy
- Products are invoiced exactly as sold and shipped
- USA MEGA SHOP does not modify product names, brands, SKUs, or descriptions
- Invoice edits for bookkeeping purposes do not affect return eligibility
5. Acceptance of Resale Risk
By completing a resale purchase, the buyer:
- Accepts all resale-related risks
- Waives claims related to end-customer issues
- Agrees to standard wholesale industry practices
6. Abuse Prevention & Verification Rights
USA MEGA SHOP reserves the right to:
- Verify returned items against model and batch records
- Deny returns involving misuse or substitution
- Apply restocking fees where applicable
- Restrict or suspend accounts abusing return policies
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email inquiry@usamegashop.com within 30 days of delivery
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack items in original packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after inspection and approval
- Processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing
Exchanges
- Exchanges follow the same return process
- Subject to product availability
