At USA Mega Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Original packaging, manuals, accessories, and inserts must be included
  • Item must not be installed, altered, damaged, or used by the customer
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
